Can I stack my Hotpoint fridge and freezer on top of each other?
You must not stack your Hotpoint refrigeration appliances directly on top of each other as the cabinets of the appliances are not suitable for this purpose.
In order to be able to stack appliances you will need to purchase a product that is designed and built with this type of floor space saving feature such as an Hotpoint fridge freezer.

Can I reverse the doors on my Hotpoint freestanding freezers?
You will find door reversal instructions for each appliance including diagrams inside the user manual that came with your appliance. Call us to book a door reversal with one of our skilled engineers on 0818 313 413 – A charge will be applied.

There is an amber light on my Hotpoint freezers, what is it for?
If an amber light is illuminated on the front of your Hotpoint freezers this means that the fast freeze switch/button has been selected.
If this is not required simply press the button (or reverse the switch) to put the appliance back into its normal operating mode.

E3 — Defrost sensor fault
Issue: The compartment temperature in my fridge is incorrect.
